Responsible for Brand Development initiatives of the company in line with marketing strategy at National Level.
Develop & Implement competitive strategies for generating sales, develop & expand market share towards the achievement of revenue.

4-5 years of experience in IT business development and lead generation for financial services companies. This includes banks, hedge funds, mutual funds and retail banks. The candidate should have experience in working on sales support campaigns, supporting sales teams and in certain cases making cold calls to prospects.

Effectuating pre-planned sales strategies for accomplishment of performance milestones.
Presentations and demonstrations to the prospective Customers.

Site Ownership – this person should feel that they are accountable end-to-end for all aspects of the AU, NZ site and customer experience. Once the marketing team delivers a customer to the first page of the site, it is this person’s responsibility to make sure that the customer has a wonderful experience till they complete the transaction is the best it can be.

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
Ability to define priorities and meet deadlines.
Must be accurate and detailed oriented with strong follow up skills.

Summarize and share results with Senior Management (when needed)
Very strong analytical and statistical modeling skill
